1. What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, together with your age confirmation and marketing-consent choice. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, and message. We also store functional data in your browser (age confirmation, cookie acknowledgement, virtual-coin balance) and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service, respond to support requests, and — only if you opted in — send occasional news about free games. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third parties

Signup and contact submissions are stored on our own hosting infrastructure. Embedded demo games are served from their third-party studios' domains; that delivery infrastructure may log standard technical data when a game loads. We do not share your signup data with game studios or advertisers.

5. Your rights (CCPA + state privacy laws)

Depending on your state of residence you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. 6. Retention

Signup and contact records are retained for up to 18 months and then deleted, unless the law requires longer or you request earlier deletion.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is for adults 21+ only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (per COPPA) — or from anyone under 21 at all. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Submissions are stored in access-restricted files not reachable from the web. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to a free entertainment service that holds minimal data.
