These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SpinCoinz (the "Service"), operated by SpinCoinz Inc.. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About the Service

SpinCoinz is a free, play-for-fun social casino offered solely for entertainment. It uses virtual coins with no monetary value. The Service does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or prizes. There is no wagering of real money, no deposits, no cash-out, and no prize redemption of any kind.

3. Eligibility
